  • Develop flexibility and strength.
  • Learn breathing techniques and the art of deep relaxation.
  • Learn to center and balance.
  • Includes monthly partner workshop.

    Who should attend: Expectant mothers in the second or third trimester of pregnancy, after consulting your doctor.

    Bring comfortable clothing to stretch in. Changing rooms and free mats available.
